Mrs Toun Adebiyi

Toun Adebiyi is the Deputy-Director General and head of Campus at Council of Legal Education, Nigerian law School, Lagos Campus

She is a lecturer of Company Law at the Nigerian Law School Lagos Campus. She graduated with an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Ife and holds an LL.M from the London School of Economics.). She teaches Corporate Law Practice at the Lagos Campus. She produces Electronic Law Reports; Laws of Nigeria and contributes to the production of Nigerian law School e-handbook. She has vast experience in Legal Electronic Publishing, She hosts a an online portal where Legal resources are available. She also produces e-handbooks for Nigerian Law School students. She is the administrator on Moodle Learning Portal for the School. Her specialties include Information Technology, Corporate Law including Corporate Governance, Insolvency, Taxation and Corporate restructuring
